1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

We offer refunds and returns for items that meet the following criteria:

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.

  • You must report the issue within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Clear photo or video evidence of the defect or damage must be provided.
  • If approved, you may receive store credit, a refund, or a replacement.

Incorrect Item or Quality Issue

If you receive the wrong item or if the item has a quality issue, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide photos/videos to verify the issue.
  • We will issue a prepaid return shipping label for you to send the item back.
  • Once received, we will process a replacement or store credit refund.

Non-Delivered Items

If your order has not arrived within the estimated shipping timeframe:

  • If the package is delayed beyond 60 days from the order date, you may request a full refund.
  • Ensure that your shipping details were entered correctly during checkout.

Items Eligible for Return (Change of Mind or Unwanted Items)

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet expectations. Certain items are eligible for a return and store credit:

  • Must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items do not qualify for refunds or returns unless defective or damaged:

  • Final Sale or Clearance Items – All sales on discounted products are final.
  • Customized or Personalized Items – These cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Opened or Used Items – If an item has been used, washed, or altered, it is non-returnable.
  • Unclaimed Packages – Orders returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect are non-refundable. Additional shipping charges will apply if re-shipping is requested.

3. How to Request a Refund or Return

To initiate a refund or return, follow these steps:

Submit a request through our Make a Claim form under Refunds & Returns in the Support section of our website. Alternatively, email us at Support@VoyaraHome.com within the designated time frame.

Include the following:

  • Order Number
  • Reason for return/refund
  • Photos/videos of the item (if defective or damaged)

Step 2: Approval Process

Once we receive your request:

  • We will review and notify you of the outcome within 24-48 hours.
  • If approved, you will receive:
    • Prepaid shipping label (if applicable).
    • Store credit or refund processing details.

Step 3: Return & Processing

  • If a return is required, ship the item using the provided return label.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund or store credit will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Store credit will be added to your Voyara customer account for future purchases.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds or store credit are issued within 7 business days after approval.
  • Store credit will be available immediately after processing.
  • If your refund has not been received within the expected timeframe, please check your customer account or contact us at Support@VoyaraHome.com.

5. Shipping Issues & Cancellations

  • Ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping details.
  • Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the order is being processed and cannot be canceled.

6. Exceptions & Special Circumstances

  • If your order is lost due to unforeseen shipping issues (e.g., customs delays, extreme weather), we may offer a refund or store credit on a case-by-case basis.
  • Any concerns outside of our stated policies will be reviewed individually to ensure customer satisfaction.
